 •    All sales are final. Due to the nature of our raw hair, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    •    We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

    •    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of issue. We will review the case and provide a resolution at our discretion.

    •    Hair must remain in its original, unaltered condition (no washing, installing, cutting, coloring, or tampering) for any exchange consideration.
